Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in hardware troubleshooting, network maintenance, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure efficiency and reliability.
  • Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems.

Requirements:

  • HSC or higher education in IT or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or technician roles.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic server management.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
